高速混合机用除尘器，设计两个收尘点

1)   拆包投料口产生扬尘；

塑料挤出机，高温烟气会从机头逸散出来。

处理措施：设置一个吸风口，防止烟气逃逸。吸风罩由管道连接至过滤净化设备。

注意点：烟气含油含水汽比较大，集尘工艺难点在于粉油混合[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”886″ img_size=”full”][vc_column_text]4、冷却水槽水汽收集

一些挤出工艺含有水冷工艺，在挤出机前端设置冷却水槽；这个过程中会产生大量水汽，车间水汽严重；

处理措施：冷却水槽上方设置吸风罩，进行局部通风，排出室外进行过滤处理。
